So after almost 3 months and only two showings....we took the house off the market. But the Good News is, the kid has decided she wants to move into it! I've tried to convince her to move into it for 3 years but she resisted saying she didn't want to live in the sticks ~ LOL! Two robberies (at gunpoint) in her apartment complex recently has seemed to change her mind! :)
We're hoping the house in AZ will close on Feb 24th and we're seriously searching for our new home on wheels......fingers crossed! :)
