By The Shores of Gitche Gumee.....

Wednesday night we stayed at Saxon Harbor, WI on Lake Superior. We got a spot in a nice little county campground and took the dogs to investigate the beach. Scruffy was scared of the water at first
He finally realized I wasn't going to throw him in and smother him with shampoo so it was OK.

Today we made it to Bud's in Gay, MI...parked in his front yard on Lake Superior. Those are Bud's labs...Scruffy doesn't play well with others so we're keeping them separated.

Bud gave John a quick lesson in ATV's and we were off on a tour.....

We have no phone service up here (Thank You Verizon) and the Aircard doesn't work either...Thankfully Bud has WiFi so we have can still communicate via computers. We'll be here for another 2-3 days enjoying the scenery.
