So we head to the RV repair place for our 8:00 am appointment this morning…. They’ve known since June 23 that we needed a replacement seatbelt, do you think they had it waiting for us? Is it too much to expect that they would’ve ordered it and had it in stock? So, we left there and headed to Maine. We’ll get the seatbelt replaced when we get back to Georgia.
So, there we were cruising through Mass. (I’d finish that but I don’t know how to spell it) when John mentions there’s a Budweiser Brewery and Clydesdale farm in New Hampshire! Of course, we had to make a quick detour to see that.
Naturally, the best part of the Brewery was the tasting. We each got to try two of the 9 beers they were serving today. I tried Michelob Ultra & Beach Bum Blonde Ale, John had Stella Artois and Shock Top (the cloudy one).
Then we headed for the stables. We could only view them in their stalls, but they are truly magnificent beasts…the first peek at them took my breath away and literally brought tears to my eyes. Gorgeous Creatures!
Duffy was getting his stall cleaned so we got a shot without the bars
We made it to Maine around 5:30 pm and stopped at the Kittery Outlets. They allow RV’s to park overnight here so we’re spending the night here. We hit a couple outlets then went for our first lobster dinner across the street from where we parked….I think I’m gonna like Maine. :)
